Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – New York Metropolitan Area

SaaS Technology (Series B, Private Equity-Backed) - Hybrid

 

Job Summary:


A high-growth, Series B SaaS company backed by leading private equity investors is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive demand generation, brand positioning, and revenue acceleration. This executive will lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies, optimize customer acquisition and retention, and position the company for scalability and market expansion.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to scale revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Lead demand generation, performance marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) efforts.
  • Drive pipeline growth in alignment with sales teams, optimizing lead conversion rates.
  • Own the brand narrative, positioning, and messaging to differentiate in a competitive SaaS landscape.
  • Oversee digital marketing (SEO, paid media, content, social), product marketing, and public relations.
  • Implement data-driven marketing strategies using KPIs, marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics.
  • Support international expansion efforts, adapting marketing for new geographies.
  • Partner with private equity stakeholders to align marketing investments with growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.


Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a CMO, VP, or senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in Series B+ growth environments and private equity-backed companies.
  • Expertise in demand generation, product marketing, and GTM execution.
  • Experience working with high-velocity and enterprise sales models.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR, churn, expansion revenue).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Head of Generative AI Engineering, AI Services

Series C, Remote – U.S. Based Only

 

Job Summary:


A Series C AI services company, backed by top-tier investors, is seeking a Head of Generative AI Engineering to lead the development, deployment, and scaling of cutting-edge GenAI models and applications. This role will oversee the end-to-end AI model lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, data science, and product teams to drive real-world applications of Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and generative AI solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Architect, develop, and optimize Generative AI models, including LLMs, multimodal models, and fine-tuned deep learning architectures.
  • Lead the AI engineering team, driving best practices in MLOps, model training, and production deployment.
  • Collaborate with research and product teams to integrate GenAI into real-world SaaS and enterprise applications.
  • Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Oversee AI governance, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
  • Optimize model performance, inference speed, and cost efficiency for large-scale AI solutions.
  • Stay ahead of the latest developments in transformer architectures, foundation models, and diffusion models.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing AI engineering team.


Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on Generative AI.
  • Advanced degree (PhD or MS) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), GANs, transformers, and multimodal AI.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
  • Experience deploying AI at scale in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Strong background in NLP, computer vision, and generative model fine-tuning.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model serving (Kubernetes, Docker, Ray, Triton Inference Server).
  • Ability to lead and scale AI engineering teams in high-growth environments.
